Oragadam, near Chennai, developed into a major automotive manufacturing hub, attracting leading automobile companies and creating demand for nearby residential townships.

Technology Used

Hydraform interlocking fly ash blocks were selected as an appropriate building solution, combined with reinforced load-bearing structures. Adlakha & Associates provided architectural and engineering consultancy.

Project Execution

A large on-site block production yard was established to meet the construction requirements of the township. The system enabled efficient production of quality blocks while reducing dependence on external supply.
