Industrial Employee Housing

An industrial employee housing project in India successfully utilized Hydraform interlocking block technology to convert surplus fly ash into a valuable construction resource. Hydraform block-making machines were installed on-site to manufacture fly ash-based interlocking blocks for Ground +3 load-bearing housing. The project combined load-bearing design, interlocking masonry, and minimal plaster finishes to reduce construction costs, material consumption, and construction time while providing durable employee housing. It also demonstrated the productive utilization of industrial fly ash, transforming a waste by-product into a sustainable building material.
