Developed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), the Demonstration Housing Project showcases the Hydraform Interlocking Block Masonry System as a sustainable solution for affordable housing.

Using precision-engineered fly ash interlocking blocks, the project transformed industrial waste into high-quality building materials, reducing dependence on fired clay bricks, conserving natural resources, and lowering the environmental footprint. The dry-stack interlocking system minimized mortar, water consumption, and construction waste while enabling faster, cleaner, and more efficient construction.

The successful delivery of 60 dwelling units by technology applicator and supported by Hydraform demonstrated that Hydraform technology offers a practical, scalable solution for affordable housing—combining durability, construction efficiency, and sustainability. As a flagship project under MoHUA and BMTPC, it continues to inspire the adoption of innovative, resource-efficient building technologies for greener housing across India.
