Hydraform successfully conducted a three-day Capacity Building and Orientation Programme at M/s R-LEEF Industries, Mysuru, a successful Hydraform interlocking block making and masonry applicator bringing together implementing partners, NERCRMS officials, and the Hydraform team to promote sustainable construction and enterprise development.

The programme combined classroom learning with hands-on training in soil selection, compressed stabilized interlocking block production, quality control, machine operation, maintenance, interlocking masonry, and enterprise management. Participants gained practical skills to establish and operate sustainable block-making enterprises in their respective regions.

Designed to create a network of future master trainers, the programme supports knowledge transfer, local employment, and community-led enterprise development. It reinforces Hydraform’s commitment to empowering communities with innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible building technologies for affordable and sustainable construction.
